I was charged a fee which i dont even know what the 19.95 fee is for, i had purchased diet tea from the company because it was a free trial for a month, then i was sent like 4 boxes of tea two weeks later and was charged, however i returned the products and asked to be refunded the amt to my check acct, which they do that, now i was charged 19.95 when i told them i didnt want their products anymore, do i have to tell them i want them to stop taking money from my account without notifying me. i did not receive an invoice or email that i was going to be charged for a member fee or for whatever reason. I think they are scamming people and needs to be investigated.

I cancel this product in my free month trail it made me sick. Dizzy and i counld not function. then I fine out they are charging me 19.95 for a so call membership fee. Man when one cancel i should know longer have to pay. This was back in Aprial-08 and they are still charging me, Missouri

PISSED is not the word...I'm a ON FIRE with all these with draws!!! I too did not give these people permissing to deduct anything from my account. ***!! i didn't even know that was happening....it's my fault from not checking my account but I pretty much know what I have vs. was goes out. little did I know that $19.95 was being taken from my account every single month! I contacted my bank and even after a full investigate they can only give me back months worst...$39.90 wow what's that going to do for me! Help someone!! what do I do to get the rest of the money back?
